Warranty

Warranty for non-powered products

At ATOP SIGN, we’re very proud of our high level of customer satisfaction and guarantee our non-powered products for ten years of manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. You are responsible for providing proper care, maintenance and cleaning. If your item ceases to function as expected within this period, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

We cannot honour warranty claims for any defects or damage caused by the misuse or accident that happened to your product.

Warranty for powered products

We make sure our powered products are of the highest quality. We offer a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. Please note that our manufacturer’s warranty covers all electrical components when used appropriately indoors.

Depending on the fault, we will fix, replace, or refund the product. ATOP SIGN reserves the right to select the most appropriate actions to fulfil the warranty.

Returns

Damaged or Incorrect products on arrival returns

We strive to produce our products of the best quality. Our items are quality checked before they are carefully packaged and sent to you. In some rare circumstances that you experience the product arriving damaged or not working as intended, please refrain from using the product. We kindly ask you to send images, a video and a brief description of the fault to juno@atopsign.com.au within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please include your order number in the subject line.

If you believe you have received the incorrect order, feel free to contact our team at eric@atopsign.com.au with an image of the received item and a brief description of the discrepancy within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please include your order number in the subject line. We will get back to you with a resolution within three business days.

Once we have confirmed the fault or error, we will repair, replace, or refund the item. If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost and all shipping costs incurred in replacing the item.

Customised signage returns or change-of-mind returns

At ATOP SIGN, all customised signage is made-to-order according to your specifications and made from scratch, unique to you, so returns or exchanges on these goods where you have made an error or changed your mind are not possible. We understand that sometimes these things happen, and where possible, we'll do our best to help with an affordable solution if you let us know within 30 days of receiving your order.

Much care goes into the production and packaging of all orders, and each item is inspected before we ship your order. If, for any reason, we make an error with your order or the product doesn’t function according to the description, we’ll gladly repair or replace it free of charge. Non-custom signage products returns or change-of-mind returns

Non-custom products will only be accepted for a return, refund or change of mind returns with prior authorisation. The product must be returned unused in original packaging within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Shipping is the buyer's responsibility on all returns, and shipping costs are non-refundable where you use our change-of-mind returns policy. Upon receipt of your returned products, we will be checked over for final approval before a refund is processed. If, for any reason, we make an error with your order or the product has been damaged by couriers, we’ll gladly repair or replace it free of charge. Sale product return policy

Please choose sale items carefully, as we can’t return or exchange them due to a change of mind. If you’ve received a sale item that’s faulty or not what you ordered, please read the Damaged or Incorrect products on arrival return section above.

Exchanges and credit notes

For an exchange, once we receive your item back, we will send out the new item. Please keep in mind that there will be a courier charge for return shipping, which may be higher than your initial shipping charge.

Alternatively, if you have requested a store credit for a future purchase, the credit will be issued to the email address you placed the order with. We are not responsible for any fees that your bank might charge.
